The Sports Club offers an extensive schedule of group exercise classes each week. All class formats are facilitated by the finest group exercise instructors available.
Each class is open to all fitness and skill levels. Our instructors are active in assisting any newcomers to their classes. Please know that our professional staff will guide you through your first class, ensuring that you are comfortable, and ultimately helping you have an enjoyable experience. We want your first class to be the start of many more to come.
All Group Exercise classes will be held in the Performance Zone or Mind Body Movement Studio, located at the Northeast end of the Indoor Track.
All Spin Classes are held at the Southeast end of the Indoor Track in the SpinRGY Studio.
Group Cycle (60 or 75 minutes)
Join our expert instructors for the ride of your life! This indoor cycling class remains one of the hottest workouts today. Reserve your bike up to 24 hours in advance at 972-717-2560.
Surge Cycle (45 minutes)
Take spinning to the next level with this 45 minute high energy cycle class that blasts fat and increases endurance while keeping you engaged and entertained.
Total Body Conditioning (45 minutes)
Get set for a brilliant all-around conditioning session. This total body workout incorporates high energy aerobic cardio moves with various strength training techniques.
Zumba (45 to 60 minutes)
Ditch the workout and join the party! A fusion of Latin and international music creates an intoxicating environment to dance your calories away!
Center Stage (60 minutes)
Time to perform! A high-energy, fat-burning blast of fun using different styles of dance moves...mambos, chasses, leaps, and turns. Let your inner dancer out!
MMA Boxing (60 minutes)
This fiercely energetic non-contact class blends karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay tai for the ultimate in cardio fitness. Be prepared to punch, strike and kick your way to better health.
AB Blast (20 minutes)

Intensity, focus, and precision are all incorporated into this 20 minute abdominal workout
Body, Balance & Brains (60 minutes)
Geared towards Seniors blending fundamental strength training, focused balance work and stimulating mind exercises that encourage Vibrant Aging.
TRX (30 minutes)
This total body workout was developed by a Navy Seal and uses gravity and bodyweight to develop strength, flexibility and a solid core. TRX® is a great option for all ages and fitness levels.
Core Flex (75 minutes)
Using the Reebok Coreboard, fitness balls, body bars, hand weights, and gliding disks, participants will focus on core stabilization while working individual muscle groups. All movements are integrated with balance, strength, and flexibility. Great abdominal training as well.
Body Blast (60 minutes)
Do you want to create a leaner, stronger, more flexible body? This class is designed with full body, multi-muscular movements integrated to maximize your workout potential.
Kettlebell & TRX Fusion (60 minutes)
Improve your strength, mobility and balance = sculpt muscles and blast fat all with one workout using a unique blend of kettlebell conditioning and suspension training intervals to get your fit fast.
Muscle Flex (60 or 75 minutes)
A total body workout allowing participants to train as they would in the fitness center with barbells and weight plates that can be adjusted from 3 to 63 pounds. Add great music and a motivating instructor for an amazing class!
Rapid Fire (30 Minutes)
30 minutes of productive, high intensity, full body work. Get in, get out, feel accomplished! All levels welcome. Class format will incorporate strength, cardio and balance.

Tread Train 1 (30 minutes)
An indoor treadmill class for ALL levels of fitness! Walking speed will be controlled from 3.0-4.5 mph, while experiencing elevation changes of up to 15 degrees! But don’t worry you will control your own speed while the instructor leads you through steep climbs, quick walks, or gentle flats. Guaranteed to get your heart rate up, while protecting your joints!! No need to tread lightly - step up and join this amazing new class!
Tread Train 2 (30 minutes)
A quick paced high intensity interval endurance workout for the individual or athlete who wants to not only improve their technique and efficiency, but also to increase their speed! Designed to keep the heart strong while trimming unwanted belly fat.
Peak Performance (30 or 50 minutes)
Take this high voltage class to maximize your strength, agility and stamina. Anything and everything is fair game in this total body conditioning class!
Aqua Stride (60 minutes)
Walk and talk and get fit all at the same time! This fun format uses the full length of the pool for participants to walk, run, skip, scoot, and other means in an effort to travel the pool from end to end.
H2O Circuit (60 minutes)
Building strength and endurance is the goal in this water class. Using alternating periods of cardiovascular training and muscle strengthening exercises, this format really packs a punch!
Performance Swim (60 minutes)
Whether you are a strong swimmer looking to build endurance and maximize your pool time, or an inexperienced swimmer needing help with technique, this weekly swim workout is for you. Class participants will work yardage, drills, turns, body positioning to improve efficiency, performance, and strength. The instructor will be on the pool deck throughout the class offering support, encouragement, direction, and technical information. All swimming abilities are welcome!
Water Works (60 minutes)
Combine aerobic training, muscle toning, and flexibility exercises all in one, and what do you get? A splashing good workout! Great class for beginners and advanced participants.
MIND AND BODY
AntiGravity Aerial Yoga (50 minutes)
Discover the power, excitement and pure joy of moving freely in all directions of open space. Through this step-by-step technique, you will learn all you need to flip, swing and fly through space without even noticing that you are working out. Lean in and learn the art of letting go while activating feelings of strength and synchronicity.
AntiGravity 2 (50 Minutes)
Prerequisite - a minimum of 4 AntiGravity classes required before registering for AntiGravity 2
This is a faster moving AntiGravity class for more experienced students. Flip and fly through space without even noticing that you are burning 600 calories per class!!
Pure Stretch (60 minutes)
Exactly the way it sounds...pure stretching. Get your morning off to a great start.
Restorative Yoga - 60 to 75 mins.
Restorative yoga is an excellent opportunity to disconnect from the frenetic activity of daily life. It offers a welcome respite among all the turbulence of life and helps to prepare the mind and body for deepened awareness. Moving slowly through the poses allows you to explore your mind and body at a steady and natural tempo.
Slow Flow Yoga - (45 minutes) Build strength, balance and flexibility while moving mindfully through this Yoga practice.
Barre (50 minutes)
The premiere barre based workout that targets the muscles that play the greatest role in body change, by keeping those muscles working intensely and safely, followed by intense stretching of each muscle worked.
Pilates (50 minutes)
Based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates, this class combines discipline and flexibility with emphasis on core and trunk stabilization.
Hatha Yoga (60 minutes)
Join in the journey to enhanced physical and mental health with exercises that promote flexibility and strength as well as relaxation through controlled breath.
Pi-Yo (60 minutes)
Enhance strength. muscular symmetry, alignment, flexibility, grace, and coordination with this blending of Pilates and yoga.
Power Yoga (60 minutes)
This mind/body class is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.
Barre Blast (30 minutes)
Inspired by ballet and strength training, this 30 minute high intensity barre class targets your arms, core, thighs and glutes to help you create a long, lean dancer's body. Get ready to feel the barre burn.
