Michelle joined Four Seasons Golf and Sports Club Group Exercise team in 1997. This Van Nuys, California native, has over 25 years of fitness professional experience including 10 years of club management. She is passionate about community health and has raised funds for the Irving Healthcare Foundation since 2008 through the annual Cool October Spin-Thon. Michelle is certified by the American Council on Exercise and the Group Exercise Aerobics & Fitness Association of America. She holds certificates in Group Fitness, Personal Training and Kickboxing. She specializes in Cycle, Strength , Zumba, Resist-a-ball, Kickboxing and Flexibility. She is a continuing education specialist for Group Exercise Instructors. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching baseball, teaching group exercise classes, and motivating people to exercise.
