Grady Randle serves in the position of Head Golf Instructor and Junior Golf Coordinator at the award-winning Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas. Randle joined the Golf Instruction staff in February of 2014. Previous to Four Seasons, he was the Assistant Golf Professional at Shady Oaks Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas. Randle had the opportunity to study the golf swing under Head Professional, Mike Wright, a disciple of Ben Hogan. His final stop before joining Four Seasons Resort and Club was Lakewood Country Club in Dallas. There, Randle was instrumental in cultivating the Junior Golf Program. Utilizing the Northern Texas Junior Golf Team format, he created multiple teams from which Lakewood’s junior golfers could improve through a competitive environment. After attending the Woodlands High School in Houston, Texas, he received a golf scholarship to play at Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas where Randle helped take his team to the school’s first NAIA National Championship. After one year he transferred to Sam Houston State University to enroll in the Professional Golf Management Program. Randle graduated in 2011 from Sam Houston State University where he majored in Business Administration and minored in the Professional Golf Management program. During the first two years at Sam Houston State he served as Assistant Golf Professional at River Plantation Country Club. Through the PGM program he spent 16 months serving internships at various clubs across the United States. Randle spent his summers interning at prestigious clubs including Escondido Country Club at Horseshoe Bay, Texas in 2008-2009, Eastward Ho Country Club in Chatham, Massachusetts on Cape Cod in 2010, as well as an eight month internship at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Bandon, Oregon in 2010.
