Matt brings 12 years of personal training, coaching and Health & Wellness education to Four Seasons Golf and Sports Club. As a certified Titleist Performance Institute Golf and Rotary Fitness expert, Matt specializes in athletic training for golf, tennis and skiing along with nutritional counseling and fitness for weight loss. Matt is passionate about group fitness, having developed and conducted countless cutting edge programs.
In addition, Matt has played an integral part in U.S. Navy fitness. As the Command Fitness Leader, he personally trained hundreds of young Sailors, insuring that every Sailor who passed through his program left with the physical and mental strength necessary to be successful in action. He continues to serve as a Reservist today.
